Madison Park Group is pleased to announce its latest transaction – a Series C Preferred equity financing for MX Logic, a leading provider of managed email defense services.

MX Logic is based in Denver, Colorado, and provides innovative email defense solutions that ensure email protection and security for businesses, service providers, government organizations, and resellers and their customers. MX Logic processes billions of messages each month for over 6,900 organizations worldwide including Hyundai Motor America, Internet Initiative Japan, ServiceMaster, The Sports Authority, Verio and
YMCA.

The MX Logic transaction was Madison Park Group's sixth equity private placement during 2005 for high growth software and outsourced services companies. Madison Park Group was able to complete the fundraising within three months of starting the process. The MX Logic transaction reflects the strength of Madison Park Group's relationships in the VC community and its ability to leverage the continuing robustness of the private equity capital markets on behalf of its clients.
