management (BPM) solutions to the insurance, financial services and healthcare sectors.
Boulder-based Clear Technology's software helps companies transform people-intensive,
high-cost, inflexible operations into highly flexible automated processes that deliver
services at the lowest possible cost with zero defects. Clear Technology's software has
delivered breakthrough improvements in workforce process productivity, quality and
management control at major clients such as Farmers Insurance, Humana, Norwich
Union and Visa International. Clear Technology's shareholders include Cornerstone
Ventures and Sycamore Ventures.
Madison Park Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Clear Technology in the
transaction. Our role included advising the company on exploring various funding
options, running a competitive private placement process, negotiating term sheets and
facilitating the closing of the transaction.
