Jonathan B. Adler - Managing Director
Mr. Adler co-founded Madison Park Group and is a seasoned investment banker with over 15 years of technology investment banking and portfolio management experience. Mr. Adler was previously co-founder and Managing Director of GlobalNet Partners LP, a venture capital fund focused on enterprise software and services companies. At GlobalNet, Mr. Adler invested in several successful enterprise software, eCommerce and tech-enabled services companies including Medidata Solutions (Nasdaq: MDSO), OnlineBenefits (acquired by A.D.A.M., Nasdaq: ADAM), ImpactXoft (acquired by Autodesk, Nasdaq: ADSK) and FanBuzz (acquired by ValueVision Media, Nasdaq: VVTV). Prior to GlobalNet, Mr. Adler was Vice President of U.S. Equities at MLC International Investment Group, a private investment fund, where he was responsible for investing in public and private U.S. equities. Prior to MLC, Mr. Adler was an investment banker at Hambro America Securities, Inc. where he was involved in private placements and merchant banking activities. Mr. Adler was previously an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Mr. Adler has a B.A. in Economics from Union College.
