Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will range from high visibility, client-facing, and time critical transaction processing assignments to long-term sector-specific projects. While numerous projects will emerge, Analysts will be responsible for thorough analysis and transaction support as requested from senior investment bankers:
- Conducting yourself professionally and ethically in all circumstances
- Processing transactions as assigned, including writing drafts of client information memorandums
and presentations, preparing financial analyses, gathering and analyzing due diligence materials - Assisting senior personnel initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email or other means
- Attending client meetings upon request of senior bankers
- Assistance on deal-related research and analysis
- Assist with financial and operational analysis, as needed
- Passing the required securities-related examinations, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 and high marks in accounting, finance, and economics coursework
- Demonstrated interest in technology and finance
- Relevant internship experience
