August 16, 2019. Toronto, Canada. IsoMetrix, an integrated EHSQ / GRC risk management software platform, has been acquired by The Carlyle Group, a Washington D.C.-based investment firm with $223 billion of assets under management, invested through its Carlyle Sub-Saharan Africa Fund.
