IsoMetrix has been acquired by Carlyle Group

IsoMetrix, an integrated EHSQ / GRC risk management software platform, has been acquired by The Carlyle Group, a Washington D.C.-based investment firm with $223 billion of assets under management, invested through its Carlyle Sub-Saharan Africa Fund.

• IsoMetrix will enter a strategic partnership with another recent Carlyle acquisition, South Africa-based occupational health and safety solutions provider NOSA
• The companies will co-develop digital EHS managed services and solutions
• Combined customer base of more than 1,000 global enterprise clients across mining, oil & gas, power and transportation sectors
