Rimage, a provider of DVD replication hardware and services, has acquired Qumu, a corporate video services provider.

  • Rimage will be able to help its customers share information via smart phones, tablets and other cloud-computing technology in addition to its core physical products of CDs, DVDs and Blue-ray Discs
  • Qumu CEO Ray Hood will remain the leader of Qumu, which will remain in California
