September 1, 2011. Phoenix, AZ. AFS Technologies, the leading provider of integrated software solutions to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, has acquired Answers Systems, a provider of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions.
The merger with AFS will allow Answers to expand the scale of products and services that was my vision in building Answers. I will continue to work with AFS to build the vision that we both share.
