Our growing team is looking for experienced junior and senior professionals and actively recruits on campus for Analyst and Intern positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will range from high visibility, client-facing, and time critical transaction processing assignments to long-term sector-specific projects. While numerous projects will emerge, Analysts will be responsible for thorough analysis and transaction support as requested from senior investment bankers:- Conducting yourself professionally and ethically in all circumstances
- Processing transactions as assigned, including writing drafts of client information memorandums and presentations, preparing financial analyses, gathering and analyzing due diligence materials
- Assisting senior personnel initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email or other means
- Attending client meetings upon request of senior bankers
- Assistance on deal-related research and analysis
- Assist with financial and operational analysis, as needed
- Passing the required securities-related examinations, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 and high marks in accounting, finance, and economics coursework
- Demonstrated interest in technology and finance
- Relevant internship experience
Duties and Responsibilities

While numerous projects will emerge, Associates are responsible for thorough analysis, clear communication, and the support of prospects and clients:- Conducting yourself professionally and ethically in all circumstances
- Processing transactions as assigned, including writing drafts of client marketing collateral, preparing financial analyses, gathering, and analyzing due diligence materials
- Engaging participation in client and prospective client meetings
- Managing the efficient and timely completion of key projects
- Commanding understanding of detailed financial analysis relevant to our sector coverage (e.g. revenue and customer analysis, financial modeling, securities waterfalls, etc.)
- Assisting senior personnel initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email or other means
- Working with MPG’s Insights team to identify growth opportunities for key practice areas
Required Qualifications
- Completion of securities-related examinations, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
- At least three (3) years of relevant investment banking experience
- High marks in accounting, finance, and economics coursework
- Target GPA: +3.5
- Prior experience and demonstrated interest in technology and finance
Duties and Responsibilities
We expect our Vice Presidents to lead a range of client and prospect assignments. While numerous projects will emerge, Vice Presidents are responsible for upholding MPG’s rigorous standards for detailed research and analysis, comprehensive corporate and financial advisory, and entrepreneurial client prospecting:- Conducting yourself professionally and ethically in all circumstances
- Leading transactions, including managing the development of client marketing collateral, counterparty and process management, and negotiation
- Personal leadership for unique sector coverage and business development efforts
- Create and foster client relationships through active prospecting effort
- Managing the efficient and timely completion of key projects and deliverables
- Guide the completion of complex financial analysis, modeling, industry and market research
- Attending and participating in business development and client meetings, both in person and over video conference
- Completion of securities-related examinations, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
- At least six (6) years of experience at established boutique or mid-market investment bank
- Track-record of working with leading growth-stage or mid-market clients
- Demonstrated success with new business development and client pitching
