PlayerLync, a Volition Capital Portfolio Company, has been Acquired by Intertek

Madison Park Group is pleased to announce that its client, PlayerLync a leading provider of mobile workforce enablement software for training, compliance, learning, and operations in the field, has been acquired by Intertek Group (LSE: ITRK).

About PlayerLync

PlayerLync is a SaaS-based platform which combines mobile worker training and learning, operational support, compliance and employee engagement in a single application. The company’s mobile platform is predominantly used by marquee customers in food retail, restaurant and hospitality sectors which have intensified their focus on quality, health, safety and wellbeing.

PlayerLync is addressing critical gaps that currently exist for corporates in meeting the demands of a fast-evolving mobile workforce by providing intuitive technology platform to connect deskless and mobile workers to high-quality, engaging content and operational support in the field.

PlayerLync will become part of Intertek’s People Assurance group and will add robust mobile content management, communication, and offline synchronization capabilities to Intertek’s core technologies.
